I thought I would start a small coffee roasting company here in Logan. I have been roasting coffee at home for over ten years, and enjoy sharing it with others. A small company seemed like an easy way to reach more people. Since this is a small operation, and just getting off the ground, I have limited capacity and currently can serve only the local community.
