
Ron Vance has returned with coffee from Costa Rica, once again, and I am having fun roasting this honey processed bean. The coffee has a brighter side compared to other regional beans but also carries the quintessential Central American flavors.

I also love sourcing beans from small family farms. Especially when I know the person mediating the transaction. Thanks Ron!
